David Miller, President & COO

David Miller returns to NGRAIN as President & COO, effective April 2007. Prior to rejoining NGRAIN, David worked with Engenuity Technologies Inc., a developer of software for HMI, simulation and embedded Systems for the aviation, automotive, and defense industries. While working with Engenuity, David revitalized the marketing effort focused on product management, business development, marketing strategy, and communication. Also at Engenuity, David supported corporate acquisitions, business planning, and financing support, for which his effort resulted in two significant acquisitions, increased corporate visibility, revitalization of corporate culture, and resultant stock gains.

Prior to Engenuity, David spent 4 years with NGRAIN Corporation as VP of Marketing and Corporate/Business Development. During this time, David helped transition this start-up venture with a world renowned technology, into an industry leader.

Before joining NGRAIN in the early days, David served as Vice President of Worldwide Marketing for Softimage, developers of the industry renowned animation and effects software used in motion pictures and computer gaming.

David has also worked in product management at ATI Technologies and Procter & Gamble.

David has extensive knowledge of both 3D software and hardware markets, with expertise in animation, game development, web, CAD/CAID/CAM, military and industrial visualization. David received a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Toronto, and a Bachelor of Industrial Design degree from Carleton University in Ottawa.
