
As CEO of NGRAIN Corporation, Paul Lindahl draws upon 20 years of experience in the high technology sector and has earned a reputation as a successful corporate builder with proven leadership expertise.
Prior to founding NGRAIN, Paul was President of Hewitt Rand Corporation, a computer hardware manufacturer, where he led and expanded the company's North American operations, and directed a merger with Seattle-based Merit Distributing Inc. Prior to Hewitt, Paul held a number of senior marketing and sales positions with IBM Canada, including the management of IBM's relationship with HSBC of Canada.
Paul holds a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in geotechnical engineering from the University of British Columbia, and a Master of Business Administration from Queen's University, where he received the Business School's 1986 Vicom Award of Merit. Paul is a member of the Young Presidents' Organization, and has been on the board of directors for community charities, including serving as Chairman of the HR Macmillan Space Centre. He also serves on the board of directors for the BC Technology Industry Association.

David Miller returns to NGRAIN as President and COO. Prior to rejoining NGRAIN, David worked with Engenuity Technologies Inc., a developer of software for HMI, simulation, and embedded systems for the aviation, automotive, and defense industries. While working with Engenuity, David revitalized the marketing effort focused on product management, business development, marketing strategy, and communication. Also at Engenuity, David supported corporate acquisitions, business planning, and financing support, for which his effort resulted in two significant acquisitions, increased corporate visibility, revitalization of corporate culture, and stock gains.
Prior to Engenuity, David spent four years with NGRAIN Corporation as VP of Marketing and Corporate/Business Development. During this time, David helped transition the start-up venture with a world-renowned technology, into an industry leader. Earlier in his career, David served as Vice President of Worldwide Marketing for Softimage, developers of the industry renowned animation and effects software used in motion pictures and computer gaming.
David has also worked in product management at ATI Technologies and Procter & Gamble.
David has extensive knowledge of both 3D software and hardware markets, with expertise in animation, game development, web, CAD/CAID/CAM, military and industrial visualization. David received a Master of Business Administration from the University of Toronto and a Bachelor of Industrial Design degree from Carleton University in Ottawa.

Craig Tennant brings over 20 years of financial management experience to this role. Craig is responsible for developing and managing the supporting systems of the company, including financial controls, IT, operations, administration, HR, and the processes necessary to support NGRAIN's high growth strategic plan.
Craig joins NGRAIN from Pacific Commerce Line, where as controller, member of the board of directors, and corporate secretary, he was instrumental in ensuring the company's organizational and financial growth. During his 14-year tenure, he restructured the company's accounting, reporting, IT, and administrative systems, resulting in significant improvements in productivity, performance, and communication while reducing costs. He also played key roles in developing and implementing PCL's market diversification strategy, as well as the company's successful merger with a key competitor.
Prior to PCL, Craig held progressively senior positions with Seaboard Shipping Company, as well as with the chartered accounting firm PricewaterhouseCoopers.
A Chartered Accountant, Craig holds two degrees from the University of British Columbia.

Andrew Woo's experience in technology research and development spans over 20 years. In his role as NGRAIN's Chief Technology Officer, he is responsible for applied research and technology development, product development, software quality assurance, and intellectual property.
Andrew joined NGRAIN in 2001 as the Director of Engineering. Prior to working with NGRAIN , he was senior R & D Manager at Alias|Wavefront, where he was responsible for award-winning 3D graphics products including Mac Sketch!, Studio, and Maya, for which the Alias team won an Academy Award in technical achievement. Andrew holds patents for multiple 3D graphics inventions. He has published over 20 technical papers on the subject of computer graphics, from which ideas have been implemented in products from nVidia, Microsoft, and Pixar.
Andrew is an active member in the computer graphics community, and is co-founder of the ACM SIGGRAPH Chapters in Toronto and Vancouver. He has been designated as senior member of ACM, and is a member of the Conference Board of Canada's Innovation Council, IEEE, CHCCS and CIPS. Andrew received his B.Sc. and M.Sc. in Computer Science and Commerce from the University of Toronto, in 1987 and 1989, respectively. Andrew also hold designations in I.S.P. and ITCP.
