The HFE Group Unveils New Capability for Dynamic Terrain and Urban Environment Simulation
The HFE group collaborates with i3Dimensions to apply NGRAIN® technology to solve problems inherent with dynamic environment and sensor simulation
Orlando, December 3, 2002 — The HFE Group, leading providers of advanced modeling and simulation solutions, in collaboration with i3Dimensions (www.ngrain.com), developers of NGRAIN® - the breakthrough interactive 3D simulation technology, unveiled a demonstration of new capabilities that solve critical issues that existing visual simulation technologies cannot adequately address.
At I/ITSEC, the world's largest annual modeling and simulation exhibition and conference, HFE unveiled a visionary demonstration to simplify and potentially change the way simulation developers approach dynamic environment and sensor simulation applications. The demonstration also illustrates the exciting potential of NGRAIN® to reduce the cost and risk of large-scale programs such as the US Army Future Combat System through the use of extensive and more realistic modeling and simulation.
