i3Dimensions appoints Terry Cunningham and Robert Lord to company's Board of Directors
Vancouver, BC, March 21, 2002 — Mr. Paul Lindahl, Chairman and CEO of i3Dimensions Inc., today announced the appointments of Terry Cunningham and Robert E. Lord as members of the company's Board of Directors.
Mr. Cunningham founded Crystal Services in 1984 and over a decade grew the company into a global software business around its flagship product, Crystal Reports. After the company was acquired in 1994 by Seagate Technology, Mr. Cunningham worked with Seagate's executive team to create and build Seagate Software through eleven mergers and acquisitions. In 1999 he played an integral role in the merger of Seagate's Network and Storage Management Group and VERITAS Software, resulting in one of the largest software mergers in the industry. Mr. Cunningham was appointed President of VERITAS and later that year retired from the software industry.
Mr. Lord recently retired as Vice-Chairman of Ernst & Young LLP, after a long and distinguished career with the firm. He chaired the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants (CICA) Task Force on Standard Setting in 1997-98 and in 2000 was appointed by the Government of Ontario as Chair of the Ontario Financial Review Commission. In addition to i3Dimensions, Mr. Lord is currently Chair of the Board of Directors of CICA and serves as a Director of three Toronto Stock Exchange listed companies and three private companies
